A note from the founder
Hi, I’m Ludmila — the reader behind TERS.
English has been part of my life through international examinations, studying abroad and years of using the language in academic and professional settings.
I completed secondary school in Uruguay and spent four years studying in the United States. My academic path includes Cambridge First (FCE) and Advanced (CAE), TOEFL, SAT, and IGCSE examinations in English Literature and other subjects.
After returning to Argentina, I completed a technical degree in programming. Today, alongside my other professional work, I teach English to teenagers and adults at a private institute.
I created TERS because I love reading, talking about books and discovering how differently people can understand the same story. For me, that makes a reading society a powerful way to improve English as a whole — comprehension, vocabulary, speaking confidence and the ability to express more complex ideas.
